Crossroads Clinic at its heart is about changing attitudes toward healthy sexuality and relationships. Recognizing that our sexuality affects everything about us – the whole person: physical, emotional, and spiritual.  An approach to healthy sexuality needs to address each of these parts. With Change from the Heart, we recognize that real CHANGE comes from the inside out and is a personal choice that everyone must make for themselves. We show clients how to make healthier choices for their own lives and others, and show them that they have the ability to make those choices for themselves. When we look at healing trauma and taking care of emotional and spiritual aspects of a client’s life, not just caring for physical needs, clients are empowered to make these real changes for themselves.
