🐾 HELP SAVE THE LAUDERDALE CATS & KITTENS We were called to help one litter of kittens in Edmonton's Lauderdale neighbourhood. Instead, our volunteers found multiple litters and more cats and kittens needing help. Four newborn kittens were found inside a lawnmower bag. Sadly, one did not survive. The three survivors are now in care, with eye and respiratory concerns reported by the rescue team. Other rescued kittens have reached caregivers, while more animals still need monitoring, safe rescue plans and places to recover. We are also searching for the newborn kittens' mother. This rescue is much bigger than kitten formula. The cats and kittens need food, litter, age-appropriate kitten milk replacer (KMR), veterinary assessment and treatment, transport and foster supplies. ❤️ SPONSOR A CAT OR KITTEN $25 — Help provide food, litter and essentials.$50 — Sponsor a Cat: contribute to ongoing rescue and foster care.$100 — Help toward veterinary assessment and treatment.$250 — Help sustain care and recovery for more cats and kittens. You can choose any amount or give monthly. Sponsor a Cat is a symbolic way to help the Lauderdale cats and kittens as a group. Donations support the overall rescue wherever the need is greatest, not one specific animal. Can't donate today? Please share this page. Every act of kindness helps us give these animals a better chance. ❤️
