Embrace Your Inner Poodle! – Let's GO! For 13 years, Standard Poodles In Need (SPIN) has been helping Standard Poodles across Canada find safety, care and loving homes. Over those years, we've welcomed dogs from all kinds of circumstances. Some needed little more than a change of home, while others arrived with medical concerns, unexpected challenges or significant veterinary needs. Each one was given the opportunity for a fresh start, thanks to the generosity of the people who believe in what we do. But there are always more dogs who will need help. As veterinary costs continue to rise, rebuilding the funds needed to take in and care for the next dog has become increasingly important. We want to be able to say yes when a Standard Poodle needs us, rather than having to turn one away because the funds are not immediately available. That's why we're launching a campaign to raise $30,000 by January 31, 2027. Our first milestone is $15,000, and every contribution brings us closer to that goal. How can you help?

Make a one-time donation.

Become a monthly donor with a contribution of $10, $20, $25 or whatever amount works for you.

Participate in our fundraising events and online auctions.

Share our campaign with friends, family and fellow poodle lovers.

You don't have to make a large donation to make a difference. When many people contribute what they can, the collective impact can be tremendous. Do you need a tax receipt for your donation? Donate through our charitable partner Helping Homeless Pets on Canada Helps. I would like a tax receipt After 13 years, we remain committed to helping standard poodles across Canada who need another chance. With your support, we can build the resources to keep doing that work. Please help us be ready for the next one. Thank you for being part of the SPIN community and for caring about the dogs who need us.
