For others, change means finding a way to support newcomers by going to the clinic with them, watching over their kids for an hour or two, or explaining what the letter from their landlord means. <h3>This winter Brique par brique is putting together a Time Bank to help folks help each other out. </h3>And like all of our big projects, it’ll take a lot of doing and we’ll need to rally a lot of people, including folks who have specialized skills such social workers, translators, etc. <h3>You can help us get this Time Bank going by donating a few bucks, or a few hundred bucks, this month.</h3>To everyone donating $50+, we will gift a first edition Brique par brique zine, capturing stories about our connective and impactful work in the community. Cher.e.s sympathisant.e.s, bénévoles, résident.e.s locaux et ami.e.s de partout, l'hiver frappe à la porte et nous accueillons le changement à bras ouverts.  Pour plusieurs membres de notre communauté, ce changement signifie l’obtention de l'asile au Canada ou trouver une place dans une garderie, un logement, un emploi et des soins médicaux adaptés. Pour d'autres, ce changement signifie trouver un moyen de soutenir les nouveaux arrivant.e.s en les accompagnant à la clinique, en gardant leurs enfants pendant une heure ou deux, ou en leur expliquant les implications d’une lettre de leur propriétaire. <h3>Cet hiver, Brique par brique souhaite mettre en place une Banque de Temps pour promouvoir et faciliter l’entraide à plus grande échelle dans notre quartier. </h3>Et comme pour tous nos projets de grande envergure, il faudra y mettre beaucoup d’heures de travail et rallier des gens, incluant des personnes qui ont des compétences particulières, soit des travailleurs sociaux, des traducteurs, etc.<h3>Vous pouvez nous aider à mettre sur pied cette Banque de Temps en faisant un don de quelques dollars, ou de quelques centaines de dollars, ce mois-ci.</h3>Pour chaque don de plus de 50 $, nous offrirons une première édition du zine Brique par brique, racontant l’histoire de rencontres touchantes entres les membres de notre communauté.
