Alberta Dreams

Alberta Dreams fulfills Dreams for children with severe chronic or life threatening illnesses across Alberta, bringing hope and joy to families during challenging times. Over 1,250 dreams have been fulfilled since 1986 with our community's support.

This summer, we are bringing something truly extraordinary to Edmonton. From July 20th to July 23rd, Alberta Dreams will host an attempt to set the record for the World&rsquo;s Longest Futsal game at KDAYS.&nbsp;While the continuous, multi-day futsal match will be an incredible test of endurance and teamwork, the true purpose goes far beyond the game itself. Every minute played, every player involved, and every moment of support contributes to raising awareness and helping Alberta Dreams continue the important work they do in our community.Players from across Alberta will come together to take part in this non-stop match, rotating in and out over several days to keep the game going. We are offering both individual and team sign-ups, making it easy for anyone to get involved and be part of something bigger than themselves.This event is about more than setting a record. It is about community, compassion, and using sport as a platform to give back. Alberta Dreams is the driving force behind this initiative, and the impact of this event will extend far beyond the court.
