CANADIAN REFORMED SCHOOL SOCIETY OF OTTAWA

The Canadian Reformed School Society of Ottawa provides a Bible-based, Reformed education to children, fostering a strong community spirit while addressing funding challenges through donations and fundraising efforts to sustain its mission.

What is the ACS Readathon?A fundraiser for the ACS operating budget, where students set reading goals and ask for sponsorship pledges. These can be a set amount or per book read. Donations can be made at any time - prior, during, or after the Readathon. From 23-27 February 2026, the students will be busy reading! Following the Readathon, students will contact their sponsors, providing the result of their reading goal achievement and following up on any donations not yet received. Tax receipts will be automatically sent by email following an online donation. ACS is operated by the Canadian Reformed School Society of Ottawa (Charitable Registration No. 88659 3995 RR0001)Why support ACS?We feel uniquely privileged to be able to provide a rich, Bible based, Reformed education to the children of Jubilee Canadian Reformed Church as well as children from other church communities in Ottawa. Jubilee and ACS remain small by comparison to other Reformed school communities in Southern Ontario and across Canada, and funding continues to be a significant challenge for us. And yet, God has always provided for us, and we are thankful! We are partially funded by parent tuition and memberships but nearly 50% of our funding comes from fundraising and donations.Alternate Readathon Donation Options (be sure to indicate the family you are sponsoring so that your donation contributes to their total)etransfer to treasurer@ambassadorschristianschool.caCheque made out to Ambassadors Christian School and mailed to: PO Box 89081, 3781 Strandherd Drive, Nepean ON, K2J 0R2Cash donations will be consolidated by the student`s parent and passed in person to the treasurerYou can also support ACS by joining our Gift Card Fundraising Team!Click link https://www.fundscrip.com/support-a-group/CMUM7F to join or email us at fundraising@ambassadorschristianschool.ca to learn more.
