Circulate is a nonprofit working towards inclusive wellness rooted in nature, community, and culture. Through a community wood-fired sauna, accessible thermal cycling, and community collaborations, we foster collective care and belonging for all.

Cool Summer Sweat- Refuge with Nature&nbsp;5685 Cunard Street, Kjipuktuk, Halifax. &nbsp;Come out back through the wooden gates. Cool Summer Sweat- Refuge with Nature&nbsp;open to everyone who has been moving too fast, carrying too much, or simply needing somewhere to land, breathe, and feel held. Come for the cooling and warming plant immersions, the temporary nesting under open sky and trees, the simple pleasure of being outside and together. Circulate Society is in transition searching for a new home while keeping our doors open to gather and ground. Every contribution goes directly toward supporting the move and carrying this work forward. If you need a nature and social prescription, this is it! Soak in both self-care, and community care for the greater benefit of all. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday&nbsp;6:00&ndash;9:00 PM.&nbsp;No time limit. Stay as long as feels right, and if we&#39;re at capacity, we ask for a maximum of two hours so everyone gets a turn.&nbsp; Drop-in&nbsp;$30 &middot; $35 &middot; $40 sliding scale.&nbsp;Pay what reflects your means. What to bring&mdash; A towel to sit on &mdash; Your water bottle &mdash; A bathing suit or lightweight sweat suit in a natural fabric like cotton or linen, tank, shorts, skirt, yoga wear. Towel rental available.

Circulate is closing our doors at 5675-85 Cunard Street. Join us for one last steam, circle, and a celebratory send-off. This gathering is for everyone who has been part of, or resonates with Circulate&#39;s mission-- &nbsp;the regulars, the first-timers, supportive neighbours, volunteers, board of directors, enthusiasts of nature, thermal cycling and community building! Share stories, and bid farewell to the space before we carry this work forward into our next chapter. What to expect- all optional:<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Mingle, summer sauna, cooling dips</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Potluck, light snacks- there will be a traditional cold soup - vegan.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Sharing circles, stories, reflections</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Silly games potluck, bring any playful games to share. As humanity faces a future of extreme weather events, distressing emotional responses are understandable, but often silenced. Climate Caf&eacute;s are unique, dedicated spaces where such responses can be shared and validated with others. Climate Caf&eacute;s are: An informal, open, respectful, confidential space (i.e a container) to safely share emotional responses and reactions related to the climate and environmental emergency.&nbsp; A space for exploration of thoughts, feelings, and experiences rather than what we are DOING about the climate and poly crisis.&nbsp; A quiet, reflective experience- a haven from usual busyness and activity. Not designed to lead participants to any conclusion or toward action (actions can be discussed, but reflection is paramount.&nbsp; There will be an optional sauna after from 7:45-9pm, that would be paid for separately ($25). When registering, indicate whether you will attend the sauna afterwards. Join Climate Cafe Facilitators with the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America Kelly Schnare and Jos&eacute;e Cloutier.

Climate Café- Earth Day Everyday

Book between 3&ndash;7pm! Option to extend your session in 30-minute increments. Welcome to a journey of warmth, rest, and rejuvenation. Each session welcomes up to&nbsp;10 guests, creating a cozy shared ritual of community care rooted in nature &mdash; right in the city. Spring cooling options include outdoor showers, ice, cold plunge, and fresh coastal air. The sauna is heated by wood fire with 3 bench levels to choose from. Please arrive 15 minutes early to change, settle and ease in. After your session, you&rsquo;ll have 15 minutes to change and transition out slowly &mdash; no rush. Please bring a towel to sit on, clothes to sweat in, a water bottle/thermos. You can also rent or purchase these items onsite.&nbsp; We are a volunteer-run, community-driven non-profit, and learning space. We appreciate your care and patience.

Spring Clean &amp; Swap is a community gathering where you can trade gently used clothing, fabric, household, art, and supplies instead of buying new 🌱. Every item shared keeps materials in use and supports Circulate&rsquo;s mission of accessibility and affordability. Use this form to sign up, tell us what you&rsquo;ll bring, and share any access needs. Your participation helps create an inclusive, welcoming space where neighbors connect, learn, and care for our planet together.

Community Acupuncture with Renee Sharpe from SHARPE INTEGRATIVE CARE. Acupuncture can support &nbsp;pain, sleep, digestive and nervous system regulation, connection, and co-regulation. Sliding scale $20-60. No one turned away from lack of funds.&nbsp;

You&#39;re invited to try out a community sauna session for free. Share your feedback before we open to the public!&nbsp; Community sauna sessions will be 50 minutes - please arrive 15 minutes before your session to settle in.
