Nourishing people—and dignity. Because food is foundational to health—and choice matters.CHCN’s food security programs include a shopping model food bank, affordable Food Markets, a Sharing Garden, and community meals. These programs address hunger while also building skills, confidence, and community connection. The CHCN has pledged to purchase a variety of fresh produce and lean proteins every week to offer in our weekly food cupboard to help supplement the staples we already offer.Your donation helps ensure families, seniors, and individuals can access healthy, affordable food—while also supporting education, sustainability, and local food systems.

Movement, mobility, and connection—at every age. Because staying active is key to healthy aging—and no one should be excluded. CHCN offers accessible exercise and wellness programs that support physical health, balance, and social connection. Programs include strength and balance classes, yoga, and a range of chair-[CB1] based and standing or floor-based options, as well as activities focused on flexibility and range of motion. Your donation helps keep these programs low‑barrier, inclusive, and responsive—supporting older adults and others to remain active, connected, and independent.

Because health outcomes improve when people can actually access the care they need.Many CHCN clients face financial, transportation, or social barriers that make accessing health care difficult—even when services exist. The Client Support Fund provides direct assistance to help people attend appointments, participate in programs, and access basic necessities connected to their health and wellbeing.Your donation may help cover transportation, food support, program supplies, or other clientidentified needs—ensuring care is compassionate, holistic, and equitable.
