The Department of Theatre Presents: Staged Reading SeriesDirected by Emma Tibaldo Text 1: Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again. by Alice Birch A wildly experimental and inventive feminist play that does not behave. The play explores the deconstruction of patriarchal power, language, and societal roles through fragmented, surreal vignettes. It acts as a &quot;call-to-arms&quot; to reject conformity, interrogation of misogynistic norms, and challenges how women are defined. Content Advisory: This play has graphic language and speaks of violence against women and rape. Staged Readings - Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again.

Sondering Through Sensing&nbsp;A work collectively created by its performers and built from the intelligence of many bodies moving as one. Drawing on practices of clustering, swarming and scoring, the piece asks &mdash; how a group listens, scatters, forms and reforms. The dancers&#39; prompts, impulses, and movements have been cut up, shuffled, and woven together, forming an architecture of the in-between: between self and group, pattern and impulse, falling and becoming.
