Join the Elmer Iseler Singers, conductor Lydia Adams and pianist Shawn Grenke for a fabulous afternoon of joyous sounds in Sherry & Shortbread ‘At Home’ 2025!The 'Watch Party' begins at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 21, 2025 with the program available online until January 11, 2026. Recent donors will be provided with the link as well.We are thrilled to present this online program of seasonal favourites to enjoy in your own home, and which you can listen to time and time again!The program features a few of the gorgeous EIS voices in solos this year, including mezzo-soprano Lynn Featherstone’s simple and beautiful Christmas Lullaby by Graeme Wearmouth; Cathy Robinson's gorgeous solo in Brian Emery’s breathless exclamation of joy and discovery in Torches; Mitchell Pady singing the wonderful and moving solo In the Bleak Mid-Winter by Alexander Tilley, and Emily Taub and Andrew Wolf so beautifully bringing you the stunning setting of Away in a Manger, arranged by Elmer Iseler.2025-2026 James T. Chestnutt Choral Scholar Matthew Boutda will ring in the holiday season conducting numerous works on this program including famous Ukrainian carol, Carol of the Bells by Mykola Leontovych and the deeply moving Sure on This Shining Night by Morten Lauridsen. This is your chance to sing along with the Elmer Iseler Singers in carols arranged by the great Sir David Willcocks!The wonderful sounds of the Singers will be enhanced by the magic dust of imaginative audio/video production by Bryan Estabrooks.
