Helping Youth Thrive is a community fundraiser dedicated to creating opportunities for local youth to feel supported, connected, and empowered. Our Parent &amp; Guardian Loss Grief Peer Support Group is a closed six-week program for individuals grieving the death of a parent or guardian. The same participants meet each week, offering a consistent and confidential space to connect with others who have experienced a similar loss. Participants will have opportunities to:<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Learn more about grief and the different ways it can affect our lives</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Connect with others who understand the experience of losing a parent or guardian</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Have space to feel, reflect, and share experiences or memories</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Explore practical coping tools and resources that can support well-being</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Build understanding and resilience while learning how to carry grief forward</li></ul>

Parent & Guardian Loss - Peer Support Group

Join Lake Country Health for an afternoon of food, wine, music and community in support of local health and wellness programs.
