Hockey Mom, Hockey Dad was first produced in 1999 by Two Planks and a Passion Theatre Company on tour throughout Nova Scotia. The Toronto premiere was produced by Factory Theatre in 2003.&nbsp;&ldquo;You&rsquo;re mistaken. I&rsquo;m not holdin&rsquo; your hand. I&rsquo;m holdin&rsquo; my mitt.
