Doors: 7pm Show: 7:30pm $20 PWYC Carter Felker traffics in music, yes, but even more profoundly in essence: the humdrum essence of Monday morning alarms clocks coming round again during lifetimes ticking on through thoughtless dawn moments walking across the kitchen floor; the craven essence of sneaking wordlessly away from a relationship and feeling the mute screen door sag shut behind you; the essence of everyday struggles. Beautiful country folk.

Doors: 7pm Show: 7:30pm $20 PWYC Paint Drying are a musical Monty Python cartoon foot. A car compactor - smashing garage, indie, and noise rock into a lopsided cube of who knows what. To see them live is to thrill the senses, in that it's both more interesting, and less time-consuming than watching paint drying. Heralded by the Edmonton Journal as one of the top 5 bands in Edmonton, Paint Drying delivers a “kind of mean, cosmic punch vs. hiss that makes you want to jump on a motorcycle and ride it straight into the rings of Saturn”, whatever that means.

Under the vibrant Berlin sky, fate brought Brea and Dom together at an Open Stage in 2019. Drawn to each other’s artistry, a songwriting session soon sparked the beginning of Flora Falls. Since then, this dynamic duo has been on a journey to shape their unique sound, releasing two EPs that have garnered millions of streams and earned features on Radio Eins, Der Kultur Blog, ALEX Berlin, and Radio Fritz. Touring extensively across Europe and Australia, they’ve shared stages with international artists like Ondara (USA), Kim Churchill (AUS), The Wellermen (UK/USA), Majelen (AUS), Rod Coote (AUS) and Dawn Brothers (NE). Their music is an intimate embrace, rich in emotion, laced with humor, and inviting listeners into a space of vulnerability and authenticity. On March 20, Flora Falls released their debut full length album 'Everyday Love' celebrating with a sold out show in Berlin at Kantine am Berghain. Featured on German and Australian radio stations including Radio Fritz, FLUX FM, Deutschlandfunk Kultur and ABC Australia, their album has received a widely positive response.

Allen Dobb is a Canadian singer-songwriter whose music blends the soul of country, folk, and roots traditions with a modern, literate edge. Praised by the Edmonton Journal as “one of the finest and most literate tunesmiths in this country,” Dobb crafts songs that resonate with authenticity and a deep sense of place. Like a summer wind’s last ride through falls first turn, Moranz & Fremlin are harbingers of a time on the verge. A dynamic Canadiana and bluegrass duo, multi-instrumentalist Ryland Moranz and mandolin aficionado Dan Fremlin champion the love and spirit to a disappearing art. Evoking a simpler ethos of string and timber; smoke and dew, joy, sorrow and the remembrance of all we hold most dear.

From Kelowna BC, nightshades is a collaborative indie rock band, featuring four esteemed Canadian songwriters (Andrew Judah, Common Fires, DL Ranney, and N.Sherman). In a Beatles-esque timeshare of genre-defying, vibrant music; nightshades' sound is rich with diverse music exploration, but anchored by melodic hooks and irresistible rhythmic flourish. With all four members swapping vocal and instrumental duties, nightshades' live show is both visually and sonically dynamic. Complementary (but distinct) timbres, abilities, and songwriting styles blend on-stage in real-time: nightshades assembles a jigsaw puzzle of talent in front of their audience with every performance. Since the band's inception in early 2023, nightshades has released three full-length records (2025’s ‘Inside Joke’ + 'Open Secret', and 2024's ‘Reducer’), and three EPs ('It's Not Weird', 'Yellow and Green', and 'Very Good Friend').nightshades is a very good friend of yours.
