The Sahra Bulle Foundation was built by Fartumo Kusow in memory of her daughter Sahra Bulle, in Windsor, Ontario whose death from gender-based violence could have been prevented. The foundation advances education, awareness, and institutional accountability in the prevention of gender-based violence — serving newcomer, refugee, immigrant, and marginalized women and families across Windsor-Essex and Canada.
