Sessions focus on teamwork, basic basketball skills, fitness, and having fun in a supportive, community-centered environment. 📍 Location: Central Memorial Recreation Centre 93 West Avenue S, Hamilton, ON L8N 2S3 When: Wednesdays 7 pm 9:30 pm Who: Girls +18 (all skill levels welcome) 🏀 What to bring: Comfortable clothing, indoor running shoes, water bottle Come play, learn, and grow together.
