SSUC Edmonton fosters community through storytelling and the arts, supporting those in need via the Community Caring Fund. They host events like 'Dracula Rising' to engage and uplift the community while providing essential resources for vulnerable members.

This October 30, Count Dracula will rise again. Sink your teeth into a live telling of Bram Stoker&#39;s 1897 novel, Dracula, as told by Edmonton-based storyteller Dean Verger. Verger&#39;s chilling retelling illustrates the story of an ancient powerful vampire and the mortals fighting against him.&nbsp; ‼️ Please note that this show is recommended for ages 13 years and older. Costumes welcome. DETAILS &amp; FAQ📅 TimingDoors open at 6:30PM; show begins 7:00PM. Run time is 2 hours, with an intermission. Light refreshments will be available by donation before the show or at intermission.&nbsp; 🎟️ TicketsTickets are $20 each or pay what you can, and will be available at the door. Online ticket sales close October 30 at 12:00PM.&nbsp;All proceeds go to SSUC Edmonton&#39;s Community Caring Fund, which provides resources to community members in need; additional donations welcome.&nbsp; 🖤 AccessibilityFree parking is available in the SSUC parking lot, including parking stalls reserved for patrons with limited or low mobility. There is a front door drop-off area, power-assisted entrances, and no steps into the venue or washrooms. Gender neutral washrooms are available on the main level.
