Zero Hungry Kids

Zero Hungry Kids is dedicated to eliminating child hunger by ensuring that local school fridges are stocked with fresh milk and essential nutrition for students. We believe every child deserves the focus on learning, not on hunger.

Saddle up for the Honky Tonk Olympics, a high-energy night of country-themed games, friendly competition, music, and laughs. Teams will go head-to-head in a series of fun challenges inspired by classic honky tonk spirit, with plenty of chances to cheer, compete, and show off your western flair.

Feeding Kids. Fueling Futures. At Zero Hungry Kids, we believe meaningful change starts with people like you. Through our Fill the Fridge Campaign, we’re working to eliminate childhood hunger and invest in a healthier, stronger future for our communities. Our Fill the Fridge program helps provide schools with much-needed access to healthy, nutritious milk. By filling school fridges with milk, we can help students stay fueled, focused, and ready to learn. How you can help support our mission: Donate: Every dollar makes a difference. Your contribution helps us reach more students and stock more school fridges. Share: Spread the word with your friends, family, and social networks. Your voice can help amplify our impact. Thank you for standing with Zero Hungry Kids. Your support is invaluable as we work together to feed kids and fuel brighter futures.

DRESS UP. SHOW UP. MAKE AN IMPACT. Join us on November 5 at Mille Restaurant & Café for an unforgettable evening of fashion, community and purpose in support of Zero Hungry Kids. Presented by The Brakemen Foundation, Runway for Tomorrow brings together Calgary’s business and community leaders for a stylish night benefiting our Fill the Fridge initiative, which helps provide fresh milk and essential nutrition to Kindergarten through Grade Six students in local schools. The evening will feature a fashion show presented by Cassandra’s Closet, great food, drinks and an opportunity to come together around a simple belief: children should be able to focus on learning, growing and being kids - not on whether they have enough to eat. Every ticket purchased and every donation made helps Zero Hungry Kids keep school fridges stocked and accessible to children who need them most. Wear It Forward - because what we do today can help shape a better tomorrow.
