Join or Support the Mission to Seafarers annual 2023 Cycle for Seafarers event

General campaign

Join us for our 17th Annual Cycling for Seafarers event in support of the Mission to Seafarers in the Port of Vancouver. This year's event will be held on SATURDAY morning, September 14th  and will start and finish at the Mission to Seafarers centre located at 401 East Waterfront Road, Vancouver, BC.

New thing year participants will have a choice of either a  40km or 75km ride  through the City of Vancouver and for some through the City of Richmond. Where possible the use of bike lanes and routes will be used to maximize the safety of all participants.  It is not a race and all participants are asked to respect the rules of the road. All participants are invited to lunch at the Mission following the ride where top fundraisers will be recognized and prizes awarded to lucky participants.

The Mission to Seafarers continues to provide tremendous support to seafarers that visit the Port of Vancouver. Ensuring the health and welfare of seafarers should be recognized as one of Canada's social sustainability goals.  Seafarers need to be recognized for their contribution to our economy and lifestyle.

We hope to see you out and if you can't join us, support a team or an individual participant.  Thank you for your support!
