Step by step, breath by breath, we&rsquo;re walking for hope. Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a serious, chronic condition that makes something as simple as walking across a room feel like climbing a mountain. For those living with PH, every breath is a challenge and every day requires incredible strength. The 6-Minute Walk for Breath is inspired by a common medical test used to measure the endurance and capacity of people with PH. In clinics, patients walk for six minutes to see how far they can go&mdash;an exercise that reflects the real challenges of living with this condition. By joining the Walk for Breath, we turn this test into a symbol of strength, solidarity, and hope.&nbsp;This year&rsquo;s walk will be a coast-to-coast event, with participants across Canada walking together at the same time&mdash;in person and virtually.
