<div><div>Hike is Back on October 17th 2026! Registration is just $35 per individual or $100 for a group (2 adults + 3 children).Once you're registered, be sure to share your personal or team fundraising page with friends and family. When you ask for donations, let them know why you're hiking and who you're hiking for — your story helps inspire meaningful support for compassionate, end-of-life care at Hospice. Last year, we included a new addition to the trail! We put memorial tribute signs along the hiking path to honour loved ones that passed on, who we wanted to remember. We added their photo, name and a short quote or saying to have them all with us as we walked. If you would like to add this to the trail, it is $100.  This year, we have another addition to our event! A fitness Challenge for the whole month leading up to Hike! To learn more please read about it on our website or find us on Strava!  We can’t wait to walk alongside you again this year. 💛 </div></div> Hospice's vision is to create a community that honours people as they journey to life's end and to provide a haven where the palliative, the caregiver and the bereaved experience compassion, hope, and healing. Your gift allows us to continue offering our unique, wrap-around care not only to palliative individuals in the London-Middlesex community, but to their loved ones before, during, and after they've passed.
