A black silhouette of a dog runs across a blue wavy line in the foreground, while a man in a t-shirt with a Canadian flag runs on the right side of the background, with the text "The DAVE DOWN BRIDGE HOSPICE Run, Walk & Wag!" in the center.

Whether you're running, walking or strolling, take your feet on a tour of beautiful Warkworth backroads and trails with us on Sept. 19. Choose your distance & pace. Now in its 19th year, the Dave Down Bridge Hospice Run, Walk & Wag honours the legacy of local hero Dave Down and raises funds for a very special home. T-shirt with 10K, 5K & 2.5K entry, chip timing, good vibes! The Bridge Hospice Dave Down Run brings our community together to honour those nearing end of life and the families who walk beside them 🕊️. By fundraising, you’re helping to provide local end-of-life care & compassion—our hospice is a tranquil, intimate home where professional care and compassionate volunteers support residents and loved ones. By starting your own fundraising page, you help provide a peaceful home‑like setting, around the clock care, and support for families walking through illness, grief, and goodbye. Create your page, share your story, and run in support of residents and families at The Bridge Hospice. 💙
