Please submit this form to enroll your child in the indoor cricket on Monday nights. Their will be 7 sessions from 25th April to June at 8pm There is a $100 refundable deposit, if your child cannot attend any session please let us know 24hrs ahead so a replacement can be found, if your child misses 2 consecutive sessions $30 will be deducted from the deposit ($15 for each session.
