Additionally: Free sand/salt mix is also available at 19 sandboxes throughout Regina to make icy sidewalks safe.  Register here or phone 306-789-6559.  The program aims to help those who find it difficult to clear sidewalks within the 48-hour requirement enforced by the City of Regina.
