Jackalope is a 2-day adventure race (in stages) where teams of 2 will have to cover more than 150 km by canoe/kayak 🚣🏻‍♂️, mountain bike🚵 and trail running or trek🏃🏼‍♀️ while navigating with maps and compass🧭🗺️. The Jackalope challenge aims to offer teams a memorable sporting and human adventure, while introducing them to the beauty and attractions of the Bas-Saint-Laurent region. The course is designed to challenge experienced teams, but also to offer new teams the opportunity to experience a longer race format. On this point-to-point course, many checkpoints will be optional, with a reduced number of mandatory ones, to ensure that each team can choose a level of difficulty to suit its objectives. Note that a wetsuit (sleeveless accepted) will be mandatory for a kayak section. Wetsuits can be rented upon registration.
