Regular members of the Groupe des aidants du Sud-Ouest (GASO) are active caregivers or those who are grieving. To become a member, grieving individuals must have benefited from GASO's services before the death of their loved one. Renewing your membership allows you to benefit from the following services: - Individual psychosocial support - Individual bereavement support - Individual relaxation sessions - Training programs - Monthly workshops - Respite program - Monthly conferences - Community life events - Receipt of a birthday card - The opportunity to apply for a position on the board of directors - The right to vote during general meetings
