The 2022 Sunnyside Foundation Golf Tournament will be held at Savannah Golf Links in Cambridge on Saturday, September 10. This will be the first golf tournament event that the Foundation has been able to run since 2019. We have had to make a few changes to the tournament due to the COVID-19 pandemic including a switch to tee times and eliminating the group meal after the golf is finished. This tournament might look a little different, but the Sunnyside spirit will be as strong as ever! In case you don't know much about the Sunnyside Foundation, we are a registered charity whose mission is to secure financial support for the purpose of enhancing the well-being and quality of life for the residents and community served by Sunnyside Seniors’ Services. Since 2020, the Sunnyside Foundation has been supporting Sunnyside Home's journey to becoming the first home in Waterloo Region to be certified in "The Butterfly Approach": an innovative model of emotion-focused care to support those living with dementia. Among other things, “Butterfly” is about making sure each person is living their best life.

The tournament will be held on Saturday, September 10 at Savannah Golf Course (1206 Cheese Factory Rd, Cambridge, ON) As a reminder, the tee times will range from 11:30am - 3:00pm.
