Pilot registration applies to any registrant attending as the pilot-in-command of a participating aircraft. Pilot registration requires aircraft and flight planning details. Only one pilot registration should be submitted per aircraft. Registration includes 2025 membership in the Northwest Territories Flying Association / COPA Flight 108.

Crew/passenger registration applies to any registrant attending as crew or passenger in a participating aircraft. Crew registration must identify the pilot and aircraft with which the registrant will be travelling. Registration includes 2025 membership in the Northwest Territories Flying Association / COPA Flight 108.

Non-flying participant registration applies to any registrant arriving by other than private aircraft, including local residents and persons arriving by scheduled flights or other modes of transportation. Registration includes 2025 membership in the Northwest Territories Flying Association / COPA Flight 108.

Tickets to the Saturday evening dockside BBQ are available to guests of registered participants, members of the Northwest Territories Flying Association / COPA Flight 108, and local aviation enthusiasts. Ticket purchase includes 1-day membership in the Northwest Territories Flying Association / COPA Flight 108.
