That often means splitting up the family, missing work, and navigating a medical crisis far from home. It&rsquo;s emotionally and financially exhausting.&nbsp; The Walk-n-Talk is about more than raising funds - it&rsquo;s about walking beside those families, step by step.This event brings together transplant recipients, donor families, healthcare workers, and local supporters to share stories, spark conversations about organ donation, and raise funds for pediatric transplant grants in Saskatchewan.
