In celebration of International Women’s Day, She LEADS brings together business and community leaders around a shared purpose: creating more opportunities for girls to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and pursue their ambitions. She LEADS is JA Northern Alberta’s commitment to helping girls see themselves as confident leaders and entrepreneurs. Through mentorship, meaningful connections with women in business, and participation in JA’s all-girls Company Program, young women are given a space to take risks, share their ideas, develop their voices, and discover what they are capable of. By connecting girls with women who have built careers, led organizations, started businesses, and navigated their own challenges, She LEADS makes possibility visible. These experiences show young women that there is no single path to success—and that their ideas, perspectives, and ambitions belong in the rooms where decisions are made. Location: The Westin Edmonton - 10135 100 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 0N7
