Funds used to purchase much needed equipment for Mental Health & Addiction Services, Long Term Care, Community Health Services, Cold Lake Primary Care Network and various departments within the Cold Lake Healthcare Centre. Charitable donation receipt will be issued, not valid as raffle ticket entry.

Funds raised from the TLC Wellness Raffle will go towards helping us make that a reality by funding such programs as our Physician Recruitment and Retention Program or our by making it possible to purchase equipment and provide facility upgrades to places like the Cold Lake Healthcare Centre, Cold Lake Community Health Services and Cold Lake Primary Care Network. Here are some examples of what your ticket purchase with support: <br></div><div><br></div><div>*Supporting programs offered by the Mental Health Services department - helps provide a comfortable, safe and inclusive environment for patients.</div><div>*A P500 Therapy Surface for Long Term Care - provides comfort and safety for residents unable to leave their beds or have wounds or skin break down susceptible to shearing, friction and pressure and could become infected. </div><div>*Vital Sign Machines for Operating Room - essential for monitoring post-operative patients.</div><div>*Wheel chairs and oxygen tanks for Allied Health - allows patients with short term illness or injury to mobilize independently and safely.</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you from the bottom of our HEARTS for your support.
