Donated by Sarah Fillier Sarah Anne Fillier (born June 9, 2000) is a Canadian ice hockey player. She most recently played college ice hockey at Princeton University. She was selected first overall by PWHL New York in the 2024 PWHL draft. Fillier made her debut for the Canada women's national ice hockey team at the 2018 4 Nations Cup, where the team gained a silver medal. Fillier took a leave of absence from Princeton in the 2021–22 season to compete with the national team. Fillier and Team Canada won a gold medal at the 2021 World Championship, where she recorded three goals and six points. On January 11, 2022, Fillier was named to the Canadian Olympic team. The team won the gold medal, and Fillier finished second in tournament scoring with eight goals, including a hat-trick against Sweden in the quarterfinals. At the 2022 World Championship, Fillier scored five goals and 11 points en route to a gold medal.
