Polyvagal theory in psychotherapy offers co-regulation as an interactive process that engages the social nervous systems of both therapist and client. Social engagement provides experiences of mutuality and reciprocity in which we are open to receiving another person, as they are.&nbsp; Learning Goals:- &nbsp;How neurodiversity impacts behaviour.&nbsp;- &nbsp;What the impact of trauma is on the mind and body connection. -&nbsp;- Acquire new tools to re-frame the way they understand behaviour and support children.&nbsp;-&nbsp; Promote the understanding of the importance of a child feeling safe to self regulate.&nbsp;
