<pre> The Heart of Soberlab - Thematic discussion circle led by Geneviève Baril , psychosocial worker are offered on Monday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. (from May 1 to June 19, 2023) free of charge or on the basis of a voluntary contribution to all people who feels the need for community support to discover or maintain their emotional sobriety and who needs inspiration to continue on this path. During the Heart of Soberlab, a guest will share under the theme chosen by our host. Note that Soberlab does not follow up with the worker at this stage. In an effort to offer different perspectives on recovery, different tools for the journey to emotional sobriety, there will be a variety of guests from different mental health and addiction professional fields as well as people from the Soberlab community who have stories and recovery journeys to share. If you want to inspire us in turn, to make your voices heard, or simply to animate the meetings, we invite you to write to us at info@soberlab.ca! We create, in this virtual sanctuary, a space of benevolence and non-judgment to simply settle down and be who we want to be. Without a mask. Following a meditation and a 10-minute mini-sharing, the circle will be open to all those who want to express themselves on the theme. If you feel like it and you have the means, we invite you to contribute so that we can continue these meetings and offer them more frequently! Here are a few rules to follow:- Identify yourself: Enter your first name (last name if you want but not mandatory) - your city so that we know where you come from!- Open the camera at least at the beginning, you can close it when the meditation starts.- For the sake of confidentiality, everything that happens in The Heart of Soberlab remains in the heart of Soberlab.- We ask that you do not comment on people's shares, you can discuss between yourselves after the meeting but during the speaking turns, please stick to your sharing.- Everyone is welcome, no matter what you have consumed or are consuming, mental health disorder or addiction, harmful or destructive behavior from which you are trying to recover, at Soberlab we advocate the desire to evolve through awareness, self-love, benevolence, acceptance and non-judgment. Dans le but d'offrir différentes perspectives du rétablissement, différents outils pour le cheminement vers la sobriété émotive, il y aura une variété d'invité.es dans différents domaines professionnels en santé mentale et dépendance ainsi que des gens de la communauté Soberlab qui ont des histoires et des parcours de relèvement à partager. Si vous avez envie de nous inspirer à votre tour, de faire entendre vos voix, ou simplement d'animer les rencontres, nous vous invitons à nous écrire au info@soberlab.ca !  Nous créons, dans ce sanctuaire virtuel, un espace de bienveillance et de non-jugement pour se déposer, et Être qui on a envie d'être, simplement. Sans masque. Suite à une méditation et un mini-partage de 10 minutes, le cercle sera ouvert à toutes celles et ceux qui veulent s'exprimer sur le thème.  Si le coeur vous en dit et que vous avez les moyens, nous vous invitons à contribuer pour qu'on puisse continuer ces rencontres et en offrir plus fréquemment! </div> Nous vous demandons de vous inscrire une seule fois et vous pourrez assister à toutes les rencontres par la suite! Bonjour à vous!  Merci du fond du coeur pour votre intérêt envers Soberlab & votre support si précieux envers notre mission de faire rayonner la culture de la sobriété!   Voici quelques petites règles à respecter :  - Vous identifier : Inscrire votre prénom (nom de famille si vous voulez mais pas obligatoire) - votre ville pour qu'on sache d'où tu viens! - Ouvrir la caméra au moins au début, vous pouvez la refermer quand la méditation commence. - Par souci de confidentialité, tout ce qui se passe dans Le Coeur de Soberlab reste dans le coeur de Soberlab. - Nous vous demandons de ne pas commenter les partages des gens, vous pouvez discuter entre vous après la rencontre mais lors des tours de paroles, svp, vous en tenir à votre partage. - Tout le monde est bienvenu, peu importe ce que tu as consommé ou que tu consommes, le trouble de santé mentale ou de dépendance, le comportement nuisible ou destructeur du quel tu tentes de te rétablir, au Soberlab on préconise le désir d'évoluer grâce aux prises de conscience, l'amour de soi, la bienveillance, l'accueil et le non-jugement.  Voici le lien pour t'inscrire à Le Coeur de Soberlab - Cercle de discussion thématique animé par Geneviève Baril qui débute à 19:00.
