However, due to recent issues with residents not picking up their food, we&#39;ve had to establish a new policy. If you find that you cannot attend the food hub distribution and you would like to cancel your appointment you are required to notify the food bank coordinator, Roberto, at least 7 days in advance by&nbsp;calling/texting 647-360-8445 or emailing roberto@neighbourlink.org.&nbsp;Failure to do so would count towards your potential suspension from the food hub for 3 months. Failure to cancel 7 days prior ONCE will lead to a warning. Failure to cancel 7 days prior TWICE will lead to a suspension from the food hub for 3 months. Unfortunately, due to a series of residents not showing up to pick up their food we must establish this policy.
