Over a three-day weekend in September 2024, this all-inclusive event will be a wilderness escape for fans to let loose, be their most unabashed selves, and meet new friends along the way.  ❗️This is a 16+ event❗️❗️NO REFUND POLICY❗️ 🗒 Information about In The Soop When &amp; Where?Friday, September 6th to Sunday, September 8th, 2024 at Camp Couchiching, Longford Mills, ON L0K 1L0 Who Can Come to In The Soop?Whether you're ARMY or a Carat, you come alone or with friends, we welcome everyone 16 and over to enjoy In The Soop with us!  AccommodationIf you are attending In the Soop alone, don't worry — we got you, bestie! Solo attendees will be placed in cabins with other solo attendees so that it will be easier to make new friends.  If you are attending In The Soop as part of a group, we are more than happy to bunk you with your moots. When you fill out the order form, please provide the first AND last names of everyone in your group so we can place everyone in the same cabin. Please note that if your group is not large enough to fill an entire cabin, you may be placed in a cabin with another small group and/or solo attendees. TransportationBangtan Ball has organized coach buses to take everyone to and from In The Soop; the transportation price is included in the ticket price. Pick-up/drop-off locations for In the Soop are currently in Downtown Toronto and North York. Please select one of the two options when filling out your order form. Unfortunately, taking the organized coach bus is non-negotiable due to the venue's no parking policy. However, if you will be coming from out of the province, north of Camp Couchiching, or have special circumstances, please email Bangtan Ball to discuss other options (hello@bangtanball.com). Pick-up from stop one, a.k.a. Downtown Toronto, will begin at 2 pm on Friday, September 6th. North York and other pick-up location times will follow. All transportation information will be confirmed via email before the event. ActivitiesInspired by the show and episodes of RUN BTS and Going Seventeen, ARMY and Carats will have the opportunity to participate in various daytime activities such as canoeing, kayaking, high ropes, rock climbing, archery, karaoke, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, and more! Daytime activity sign-ups will open in August, and all attendees will be notified in advance via email. At night, Bangtan Ball will crank it up with specially organized programs for everyone to enjoy! While subject to change, they may include a concert screening and camp-wide games for sponsored prizes! Food &amp; DrinksAll meals and refreshments are included in your In The Soop ticket.  The kitchen team at Camp Couchiching accommodates vegetarian, vegan, peanut-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, and other requests (upon notification).  Refund PolicyThere are no refunds, partial refunds, or reimbursements of any kind, for any reason, with no exception.
