But then something amazing happened — a group called Lucci’s House stepped in and brought me, along with four other dogs, all the way to Indiana. That’s when I met Taylor, who became my foster and helped me feel safe again.Back then, I was full of life. I loved playing with other dogs, chasing them around while they played fetch (even though I never really understood the game myself). My ears were too big, and I kind of bounced instead of ran — but everyone said I was the happiest, derpiest pup around. Then came the best news: I got adopted! My new family had four older kids and so much love to give. They celebrated my birthday, painted my nails, and watched me grow up. I thought I had found my forever. But this January, they brought me back. The kids had grown up, and they said they didn’t have time for me anymore. I was confused and scared. I didn’t remember Taylor right away, and it took a long time for me to trust again. I barked, growled, and was terrified around other dogs — a huge change from the friendly pup I used to be. That’s why I need your help. Taylor says there’s a special place I can go — a six-week board and train program that starts on April 6th. The trainer believes in me, and so does Taylor.
