Hello Prénom Nom, Thank you so much for supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent and the Dutch Market. We look forward to greeting you at our vendor sale on May 14th from 9am -2pm at the Dutch Market (80 William St S, Chatham). As a an important reminder, setup will take place from 7:30 - 8:30 am. You will not be able to arrive before 7:30 as we will be still sectioning off the parking lot.&nbsp; Here are some other important reminders:<ul id="isPasted" type="disc"><li>This is an outdoor, and you should plan accordingly. There will be no access to electricity.</li><li>You need to bring your own entire setup including a tent, tables and chairs.</li><li>You must be approved by the health unit and have documentation if selling food products.</li><li>Your spot will be pre assigned and you will need to check in with the volunteers upon arrival.</li><li>Once I have unloaded your vehicle, you will need to move the vehicle as directed by the volunteers.</li><li>Volunteers will be available to help you unload and assist with setting up your tent.</li><li>You must stay for the entire time of the event, and not tear down before 2 pm. Volunteers will be available to help you tear down at that time and load your vehicle.</li><li>100% of your table fee will go Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent&#39;s mentoring programs.</li><li>Washroom facilities are available inside the Dutch Market.</li><li>Big Brothers Big Sisters nor the Dutch Market are responsible for any loss or damage.
