Save $10 by purchasing a season ticket!Season tickets will give you entry to two regular season concerts and the holiday coffee house.  It began with a choir sing-along during a dress rehearsal last season. The choir was happily jammin’ and dancin’ along to Natasha Bedingfield’s Unwritten. A month or two later, we are staring at the blank page before us and lightning struck! Taking lines from these lyrics, our 2024-25 season came to be. The season begins with “Let the Sun Illuminate” with songs inspired by great texts about sunlight, stars and music of day and night. In December, our third annual Coffeehouse, Stars of the Season, returns to help you celebrate the holidays with a cozy evening of singing and treats! In March, “Release Your Inhibitions” becomes much more personal, reflecting on the inhibitions we hang on to, what it takes to overcome obstacles, and the emotional release that comes with this newfound freedom.  The Season Ticket Bundle will give you admission to 3 Ecco Events: Let the Sun Illuminate, Stars of the Season (Coffeehouse) and Release Your Inhibitions.  Let the Sun IlluminateSunday, November 10, 20243 p.m. Crescent Fort Rouge United Church In support of: <a href="https://nacf.ca/" target="_blank">Never Alone Cancer Foundation</a> who support cancer patients and their families.The concepts of darkness and light are ever present in our world in nature, emotions, and, consequently, in music. Join us as Ecco starts the 2024-2025 season with a musical exploration of light, dark, and the movement from one to the other. Let the Sun Illuminate will feature <a href="https://www.instagram.com/northernlightsbrass/" target="_blank">The Northern Lights Brass Quintet</a> as musical guests.  Stars of the SeasonFriday, December 137 p.m. (Doors open at 6:30) West Kildonan Collegiate - 101 Ridgecrest AveIndulge in the warmth of the season at Ecco’s 3rd Annual Holiday Coffeehouse, where we hope to kindle joy and community. Fill up on holiday treats and beverages while being serenaded by members of Ecco Singers. There will be some table activities for kids and a couple of good old singalongs too! Join us for an enchanting evening full of music of the holidays, laughter, and the company of loved ones.  Release Your Inhibitions Sunday, March 2, 2025 3 p.m.Crescent Fort Rouge United Church In support of: <a href="https://www.thedreamfactory.ca/" target="_blank">The Dream Factory</a>, a volunteer-led children’s wish granting organization. Echoing back to the dark and light, come along as we sing songs of the journey from dark to light, and the release and new found hope that follows. Release Your Inhibitions is Ecco’s second concert of the season. We will be joined by <a href="https://www.facebook.com/IncantatemSingers/" target="_blank">Incantatem</a>, another local community choir.
