It is a forgiving medium and perhaps the best place tobegin your entry into painting pictures. This introductory class offers you the opportunity to learn about the diverse potential of working with acrylic paintthrough a weekly series of focused exercises, demonstrations and projects. We will explore the fundamentals of working with acrylic paint using varioustechniques from glazing to impasto, the use of medium and retarder, constructing a painting, developing brushwork, and mixing colour. No experience is necessary,but always helpful.
