Vendors must adhere to the assigned setup location and respect the space boundaries of neighbouring booths. Teardown and Departure:Teardown of booths will commence at 4:00 pm, immediately after the event concludes. Vendors are expected to remain open and operational for the entire duration of the event. Please ensure that all equipment, merchandise, and display materials are packed up and removed from the park by 5:00 pm. Vendors are responsible for leaving their assigned area clean and free of debris. Failure to adhere to these setup and teardown times may result in additional fees or exclusion from future events. Insurance and Liability RequirementsAll vendors are required to have comprehensive general liability insurance coverage for the duration of the event.
