Join us on May 25, 2025, for our Second Annual Hike for Hospice. Hike or pledge to raise funds to help deliver The Hospice Hub&rsquo;s growing programs: home support, bereavement support, advance care planning, assistance with system navigation, and starting this summer, a day hospice program. The fun begins at the Crystal Palace in Perth at 11:30 am with a free barbecue hotdog. Registration/check-in at 11:30-12:30, warm-up at 12:45, and Hike at 1 pm. Choose between a 1.5 km or 5 km route. Register to hike as an individual or as a team. We&rsquo;d love to see some friendly rivalries among friends, colleagues, and local businesses. Can&rsquo;t make it on May 25th? Choose the &lsquo;virtual hiker&rsquo; option to raise funds for The Hospice Hub as you hike on your own time during the month of May.
