Vancity Chess Sectional + CFC Membership
Register for our first ever sectional tournament. Players of all ages are welcome to enter!
Venue: Sir Sandford Fleming Elementary School - Multipurpose Room 113
6363 Lanark St, Vancouver, BC
Free parking is available on the street or in the school parking lot.
Rounds: 5 rounds Round Robin format
- Round 1 at 7:00pm on January 26
- Round 2 at 7:00 p.m. on February 2
- Round 3 at 7:00 p.m. on February 9
- Round 4 at 7:00 p.m. on February 16
- Round 5 at 7:00 p.m. on February 23
Time format: 60 min + 10 sec/move increment
Rated: CFC Regular Rated
An active CFC membership is required to play in this event.
Sections:
- 6 players per section, grouped based on closest CFC rating.
Prizes:
- 1st - $100 + free entry to any future Vancity Chess tournament
- 2nd - Free entry to any future Vancity Chess tournament
Cost:
- $80 + CFC Membership cost
- Note: Zeffy adds an option to tip them at the end of the transaction. You can enter "No contribution" if you want
