This will be a masked event; respirators are encouraged and provided (KN95 ear-loop and headband-style), but blue surgical masks will also be available for those who need them to move.

This workshop will take place in Studio 2202 at LabO, and cover basics of safe movement as well as various exercises for creating movement through a devised process. The workshop will run for two hours, including a 10-minute break. You can sign in with your name or e-ticket beginning at 11:15am. Please note that this is an interactive workshop, so please wear or bring clothes you are comfortable moving in (gendered and gender-neutral washrooms are available in the building to change in if you wish), and consider bringing a water bottle that can be fully closed (water fountains are available on site). Please note that shoes are not allowed inside the studio, so you may wish to bring socks you're comfortable moving on the floor in (you are also welcome to participate barefoot).
