Women and Wellness is a unique and popular annual event, traditionally known as a &quot;party with a purpose,&quot; designed to give women a night to celebrate each other while increasing awareness of mental health issues. Proceeds from Women and Wellness directly support the Canadian Mental Health Association - PEI Division, with all funds remaining in local programs.&nbsp;We are pleased to present an intimate evening with a must-see all-female lineup of featured artists and speakers, featuring:<ul><li>Night opens with inventive yet classical pianist and ECMA nominee, Sarah Hagen.</li><li>Words of inspiration and hope from 2 honored guests;&nbsp;<ul><li>Jenene Wooldridge, Executive Director of L&#39;nuey, the Epekwitk Mikmaq Rights Initiative, who will speak about Reconciliation, Leadership, and Living Mindfully.</li><li>Jocelyne Ludgate, a local mental health advocate and member of CMHA&#39;s suicide prevention and life promotion committee. Jocelyne will share her personal story of life after suicide loss and the importance of providing care and support through conversation.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>We close the evening with singer-songwriter, Rachel Beck; a 5x ECMA nominee whose single, Reckless Heart reached #1 on CBC Music Top 20.&nbsp;</li></ul>Tickets will include an individual charcuterie box prepared by Cured Creations&nbsp;(Queen St., Charlottetown). Beer and wine available for purchase. Seating will be mini-banquet style.Proof of vaccination will be required upon entry.
