- Provide names (required) and email addresses (optional) for all persons included in the membership
- Child (under 18 on July 1, 2025): Provide proof of age showing Child's Name and Date of Birth
- Adults (18 and over on July 1, 2025): Provide proof of address

NABC Membership for a Student expiring June 30, 2026

Additional Documentation required (email to [email protected]):
- Student (18 and over on July 1, 2025): Provide proof of student enrollment (e.g. copy of student ID card) including Student's Name, Name of Institution and expiration date - expiration date must be after June 30, 2026.

NABC Membership for a Child expiring June 30, 2026

Additional Documentation required (email to [email protected]):
- Child (under 18 on July 1, 2025): Provide proof of age showing Child's Name and Date of Birth.
