Empathic Strain is a unique form of burnout experienced by those who are frequently responsible for caring for others. It commonly affects people in helping professions like healthcare workers, community support workers, emergency service workers, teachers, and anyone else who works with others in a supportive role. October is Healthy Workplace Month, so to promote well-being in the workplace, CMHA Kenora Branch is going to offer Empathic Strain Training at a discounted rate.
