Join us on Oct 6th from 1 PM to 3:30 PM at St. Andrew’s Knox church for a special caregiver retreat.  Enjoy a soothing yoga session led by Asanda Yoga, followed by a light snack to refresh and refuel. Conclude the afternoon with a therapeutic doodle activity, designed to foster creativity and relaxation.  This event is free to attend, with donations welcomed to support our ongoing programs.  This retreat is made possible through the generous support of the Township of Edwardsburg Cardinal and St. Andrew's Knox Church.
