un processus de danse et de développement humain, une École de Mystères
… une possibilité d’apprendre à générer sa propre danse depuis la réserve inépuisable des expériences universelles humaines, … l’occasion d’enrichir sa capacité d’expression, de faire l’expérience de soi, et d’affiner sa compréhension du monde.
Il s’agit d’une démarche profondément poétique et solidaire. Une combinaison d’introspection et d’extériorisation, permettant de révéler la grandeur de notre nature archétypale, d’aller à la source du processus créatif, de dévoiler toute la richesse de notre mouvement, et de renforcer notre connexion primordiale à l’Humanité et à la Nature. Ce stage permet un aperçu de ce vaste laboratoire. Il accueille les danseuses/danseurs en quête de justesse et de profondeur artistique, et de connexion avec la racine de leur mouvement de vie. Dans ce processus, chaque enchaînement d’exercices est un retour à notre savoir premier. Ce savoir est tantôt issu de notre inconscient vital et développemental, donc lié à notre génétique et nos instincts. Et il est tantôt issu de notre inconscient collectif, lié à notre vaste héritage d’images, de symboles et de mythes ancestraux. Chaque danse sera ici un « acte métaphorique » profond, nous permettant de puiser dans notre matrice inconsciente, afin d’en recevoir toute la force d’expression, de création et de transformation.

Catherine Fabiola Lessard est pédagogue et poète du geste. Elle transmet depuis 25 ans l’art d’improviser et de se relier en dansant. Elle est guide en Mouvement Authentique, chercheure en Éducation Somatique et enseignante de Contact Improvisation. Plus récemment, elle est facilitatrice didacte de Biodanza. Elle est également formée en musique, en littératures, en Gestalt, en art-thérapie et en communication. Sa passion est l’humain, dans toute sa réalité psycho-corporelle et dans tous ses ‘états’.

A combination of introspection and externalization, to reveal the greatness of our archetypal nature, to go to the source of the creative process, to unveil all the richness of our movement, and to reinforce our primordial connection to Humanity and Nature.This workshop provides a glimpse of this vast vocabulary. It welcomes dancers in search of justice and artistic depth, and connection to the root of their movement through life.In this process, each sequence of exercise is a return to our primary knowledge. This knowledge sometimes comes from our vital and developmental unconscious, and is therefore linked to our genetics and instincts. Other times it comes from our collective unconscious, linked to our vast heritage of images, symbols and ancestral myths.Each dance will be a deep “metaphorical act”, allowing us to draw from our unconscious matrix, in order to receive all the force of expression, creation and transformation. ABOUT THE ARTIST Catherine Fabiola Lessard&nbsp;is an educator and poet of gesture. She’s conveyed the art of improvisation and connection with dance for 25 years. She is an Authentic Movement guide, researcher in Somatic Education and teacher of Contact Improvisation. More recently, she is a self-taught facilitator of Biodanza. She is also trained in music, literature, Gestalt, art therapy and communication.
