House

This form allows you to enroll in the Snow Angels program managed by the Queen City Eastview Community Association. This form will allow to sign up to be a Snow Angel volunteer or a house needing a volunteer. Please select the ticket for either volunteer or house depending on which one you are. If you are a house needing a volunteer please note that our program manager will be in touch to schedule a site visit to verify the property and explain what we will manage for you. If you are volunteer, we will need a criminal record check. All volunteers will earn a stipend for each verified house they do snow removal for. This stipend will be paid out at the end of the season.
