She will be delivering a short presentation about nutrition and proper “fueling” to help reduce stress and promote health and wellness. She will also be sharing recipes and samples with the group.   Join us and sample yummy nutritious snacks with a chat on how food works, the modern food supply and what’s on the end of our fork.
